Positive: We had the place to ourselves (no other guests) which was great! Loved the doggy cuddles and the breakfast did not disappoint. Garry made a different type of homemade biscuits every day and they were all delicious! The bed was really comfy and the location is very beautiful and quiet. The views from the breakfast room were a joy every single morning! Erik and Garry were lovely to chat to and very helpful with ideas about what to do in the area and getting things booked. Overall we really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend!
Negative: Due to some rain it was quite damp around the location and in the room. Despite using the dehumidifier setting on the airconditioning unit, it was difficult to get towels/clothes dry (though I don't think there will be any issue with this if the weather is nice and dry). Cupboard space was a bit limited (an extra shelf or two in the wardrobe would really help with that) so we needed to be creative about where to keep our stuff. Lastly the turn off from/onto the main road could be quite scary at times, as people were speeding and you could not always hear them coming, especially cyclists. Obviously this cannot be helped with the location the B&B is in, but it is worth noting.
